Venture Labs is a program of ORIA Foundations. ORIA Foundations is the nonprofit organization responsible for this website and for all contributions made through it. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean ORIA Foundations.

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, or making a contribution, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes, and to make charitable contributions or inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.

All contributions made through this website are made to ORIA Foundations, not to Venture Labs as a separate legal entity.

Contributions are generally nonrefundable except in cases of duplicate transactions, processing errors, suspected fraud, or where required by law.

ORIA Foundations retains discretion and control over all donated funds.

Fund preferences are non-binding unless separately accepted in writing by ORIA Foundations. You may indicate a broad program preference, but you may not earmark a contribution for a specific student, founder, or private individual.

Sponsor recognition is acknowledgment only and does not constitute endorsement, advertising, partnership, agency, or approval of sponsor products or services.

ORIA Foundations may decline, remove, or modify sponsor recognition at its discretion.

We make no guarantee that any sponsored project, event, prize, student venture, or program will launch, continue, or produce a specific result. Contributions support our charitable and educational mission generally.

ORIA Foundations is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. ORIA Foundations does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice; please consult your own advisor regarding your specific situation.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not collect or store full payment card or bank account details on this website; that information is handled directly by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

When you submit a form, project inquiry, application, or sponsor message, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use your submission for the purpose for which it was provided, including responding to you and administering the program.

Venture Labs may allow students to submit interest forms, project descriptions, and application materials. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, funding, mentorship, pitch placement, prizes, publication, or participation.

Students under 18 may need parent or guardian permission before joining Venture Labs activities. Students under 13 may not submit personal information directly through the student signup form; a parent or guardian must contact ORIA Foundations.

Users must not submit confidential third-party information, passwords, medical information, government identifiers, private financial information, or other sensitive personal information.

Project submissions remain owned by the submitter, but ORIA Foundations receives a limited right to review and process the submission for program administration. Public recognition, photos, videos, testimonials, project showcases, or publication require separate permission.

ORIA Foundations may remove, reject, archive, or decline submissions at its discretion. Venture Labs is not a school, university, investor, law firm, financial advisor, or guarantor of project success.

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to ORIA Foundations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as allowed by law.

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site.

This website may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and links do not imply endorsement.
